SCOPE OF WORK

• Rotor Rehabilitation
• Core Repair
• Full winding design and manufacture

BACKGROUND

The scope included the removal of damaged semi-coils, repair of polar packages, and assembly of 588 bars in the stator that were manufactured in Monterrey, Mexico.

The 22 rotor poles were removed, for cleaning and repair of the damper winding.
